How to reset your password
If you or a colleague need to reset your password, go to the Piclo Max login page and select ‘Forgot password?’
This will open a new page which will give you the option to enter your email address and select ‘Email me password reset link’.
- You will be sent an email containing a password reset link that remains valid for 24 hours.
- Should you fail to use the link within the 24-hour timeframe, the password reset link will become inactive. If this situation arises, kindly get in touch with a team member who is already registered on Piclo and is assigned as the 'Account' role. The user holding the 'Account' role can log in, navigate to ‘settings’ > 'Team' > 'Resend Invite,' which will generate a new password reset link.
- If you wish to alter your password while currently logged in, please access settings > account > ‘change password’. You will receive an email which is valid for 24 hours with a password reset link.
