Here’s what’s new on Piclo over the past couple of months.

Competition tagging

Competitions can now be grouped and tagged, making it easier for Flex Service Providers to navigate the stackboard and differentiate between month-ahead, week-ahead and day-ahead markets.

CSV downloads for dispatch schedules

You can now download your dispatch schedules as CSVs - handy for offline use or analysis.

Ad hoc dispatches now show cost

When creating a dispatch, System Operators in the UK can now see how much it will cost before confirming.

Better experience with large Competitions

We’ve improved how bid downloads and result exports handle Competitions with many windows, reducing timeouts and making results clearer for both FSPs and SOs.

Expanded support for US markets

We now support additional US voltage levels and are onboarding various new programmes in preparation for our US Marketplace launch.

Updated accessibility and cookie policies

We’ve refreshed our Accessibility Statement and published a US-specific Cookie Policy to align with international best practices.
