How to reset your password
- If you or a colleague need to reset your password, please navigate to the Piclo Flex login page and select ‘forgot password?’.
- This will open a new page which will give you the option to enter your email address and select ‘Email me password reset link’.
- An email with a password reset link will be sent which will be valid for 24 hours.
- If the link is not opened within 24 hours, the password reset link will expire. If this occurs, please reach out to a team member who is already registered on Piclo Flex with the 'Account' role. The ‘Account’ role user will be able to log in > settings > team and select ‘Resend Invite’ which will send a new password reset link.
- To change a password whilst already logged in, please go to settings > account > 'change password'.
Single Sign On (SSO)
- If you have SSO set up, you will not be able to use a password as normal due to security reasons.
- You will not be able to change your password via the login screen or through your account.
- When you invite a colleague, they will receive an invitation with a magic SSO link to sign in to their organisation account rather than a password reset link.
- Piclo recommends for all SSO users to bookmark the magic link
