The below information is for Flexibility Service Providers (FSPs) who are interested in secondary trading, which is currently only available in the United Kingdom.

What is Piclo Exchange?

Piclo Exchange is an extension to the existing Piclo Marketplace, providing users access to a new set of markets. The first market available on Exchange is secondary trading for the Capacity Market (CM) where participants can exchange CM agreements. 

Who Can Use Piclo Exchange?

Piclo Exchange is open to qualified Capacity Market (CM) participants.
