Register for a Flexible Service Provider Account

The below instructions are for flexible service providers (FSPs). If you're a system operator then please refer to an overview for system operators.

To create an account, go to picloflex.com and select the ‘register’ button in the top navigation bar and and proceed to fill out the registration form.

You must create a user login (including a name and password) and an FSP account, incorporating the relevant company details. In the case of multiple companies, please utilise the parent company's information.

You will need to accept the user terms for yourself, and the service terms on behalf of the company.
