New Login for a Flexibility Service Provider Account

If you or a colleague would like to join an existing Flexibility Service Provider account on Piclo, an existing admin user on the account can send you an invitation by going to Settings > Team and selecting the "Invite new member" option.

Please note that all logins added in settings will have full admin access to Piclo. 

You can have up to 8 users connected to your FSP account. This limit includes ‘machine’ users with API access. If you have reached the maximum number of users, please get in touch with support@piclo.energy for further support.
