Register for a Flexibility Service Provider Account

These instructions are for Flexibility Service Providers (FSPs). If you're a System Operator, please refer to the overview for system operators.

To create an account, visit piclomax.com, click the Register button in the top navigation bar, and complete the registration form.

You must create a user login (including a name and password) and an FSP account, incorporating the relevant company details. In the case of multiple companies, please utilise the parent company's information.

You will need to accept the user terms for yourself, and the service terms on behalf of the company.
