Remove a user’s access to your account
Use this guide to remove a user’s access to your organisation’s Piclo account.
How to request
Email support@piclo.energy from your work email. If possible, CC the user whose access you’re removing.
Include in your email
- Full name of the user
- Company name
- Email address of the user
- Reason for the removal
We’ll review the request and confirm once the change has been made.
